Cause of Complaint as set forth in Summons: That the defendants having been put or being deemed to have been put into possession as caretakers of part of the lands of Lahern with appertenances situate and being in the parish of Rathass, Barony of Toughenackmy in said Petty Sessions district and Co. Kerry, the property of the Complt. the landlord or owner under the provisions of the Landlord (Ireland) Act 1887. Sec 7 Sub.Sec 2. did on demand made by the owner there of or his agent or receiver refuse or omit to quit and deliver up possession of said premises.
