Geraldine Sheltreau - September 25, 1919 - December 29, 2014

Geraldine "Gerry" Sheltreau, age 95, passed away on Monday, December 29, 2014 at her home in Imlay City. Geraldine Dowling was born on September 25, 1919 in Capac, Michigan. She was the daughter of Arthur and Marion Dowling. Geraldine was married to Earl Joseph Sheltreau. She grew up in the Imlay City area and spent fifty years in Orlando, Florida. Geraldine was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She is survived by many nieces and nephews, and a very special friend Nancy Letwinski. Geraldine was preceded in death by James Dowling, Charles Dowling, infant Louis Dowling, Thelma Jean Schoonover, Edith Marie Sharrard, Lois C. Gnap and by Thomas Dowling.
Funeral Services will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Imlay City. Father Paul Ward will officiate. Burial will take place at Glen Haven Memorial Park in Orlando, Florida. The family will be available for visiting from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. at the church Wednesday, December 29, 2014. Funeral arrangements made by Muir Brothers Funeral Home of Imlay City.
