My grandfather was Michael Dowling-wife Margaret(maybe)Bray. Michael was born in the NY, Margaret was born in Ireland. Michael's father was Philip Dowling born in Ireland and came over to the US during the potato famine around 1950. Philip had 3 other children born in Ireland. Anyone with more ino please respond.
