Fred's siblings are: Issac R., Tennessee (a girl), & Pearl. Cinna West Dowling was supposed to be full blood Indian ( I am thinking that she could be only part?), Fred and Cinna West had 11 children; Issac Rease (my grandfather), Marvin, F.C.(Fred C.), Morris, Ton, Bernard, Giles, Mary, Mattie, Fannie Belle, & Ruby.Issac Rease Van Noy married Ruella Sowels and they had 1 child: Mary Marie Van Noy (my Mother) Ruella's siblings were: Richard and a brother ad sister that died in infancy.
