Name shown as Felce in marriage record in Pavenham but as Felps in Banns read in Turvey in Bedfordshire, UK.

Pavenham is a parish (with records since 1561) in the north east of Bedfordshire. It appears that it once linked with the parish of Felmersham. Pavenham or Pavingham town itself is situated on the road going north east from Bedford to Harrold and very close to the River Ouse.
